Business incubator kicks off a month of events for Black businesses

Today marks the beginning of ‘Gem City Black Business Month.’

Dayton is participating in the national initiative to provide African American-owned businesses more exposure and access to resources. It’s being led by the Greater West Dayton Incubator.

Organizers say small businesses are the backbone to any community and hope the month can create more diversity in the Dayton business landscape.
