Lieutenant General Eric Fick (USAF, Retired) most recently served as the President of Lyten Federal Solutions, Inc. In that capacity, General Fick identified and matured opportunities between Lyten, Inc. and the federal government, focusing on the development, integration, and production of solutions that utilize the Lyten 3D Graphene materials platform to solve some of our nation’s toughest challenges. General Fick focused Lyten’s ongoing work in support of the priorities of the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Energy, and Transportation, and pursued legislative and regulatory initiatives that moved our nation forward effectively and sustainably in these areas. General Fick led Lyten’s relationships with state, federal, and federal-related customers and was responsible for developing and overseeing projects in areas such as strategic materials, energy storage, composites and sensors.

General Fick is a 31-year veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired in the summer of 2022 after serving as the Program Executive Officer and Director for the F-35 Lightning II Program at the F-35 Joint Program Office in Arlington, Va., from July 2019 thru July 2022, and as the Deputy Program Executive Officer for the two years prior. In this capacity, he led the life-cycle program management of the F-35A, F-35B, and F-35C, the fifth-generation strike fighter air system of choice for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, seven international partners, and seven Foreign Military Sales customers. General Fick’s prior Active-Duty experiences include assignments in Air Force Sustainment, the Air Force Research Laboratory, Flight Test, the Air Staff and as an Air Force Legislative Liaison. He also served as the Program Executive Officer for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance and Special Operations Forces, and as the Program Executive Officer for Fighters & Bombers.

General Fick has commanded at the Group and Squadron level and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, the Air Force Institute of Technology, the USAF Test Pilot School, Air Command and Staff College, and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He and his wife, Christine, have 6 children and live in Stafford, VA.
