Mike Pearsall is the Chief Operation Officer for Parallax Advanced Research Corporation responsible for finance, sourcing, contracting, facilities and project navigation.  Mike also serves as a board member for Great River Connections Academy.

Mike has lead companies, divisions and operational units in various executive roles for companies including Lucent Technologies, McGraw-Hill and ACT.  Mike is accomplished in leveraging technology and data analytics to achieve targeted business results, reduce operational costs, improve productivity, and achieve organizational enhancements. Mike is a strong relationship builder and negotiator building consensus at all levels of the organization.
