Mamourieh is a 22+ year U.S. Air Force veteran and brings decades of executive program and personnel management expertise across engineering, acquisition, and global mission-focused initiatives as well as an extensive track record of leading multi-billion-dollar aerospace and defense programs.  

Most recently, Mamourieh supported the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Strategic Partnering and Small Business Directorate.  He brings a wealth of acquisition knowledge and deployed operational experience serving in multiple Combatant Commands, Major Commands, Numbered Air Forces, and HQ Air Force.
