We are in need of STEM professionals to score projects at the 2024 Buckeye Science and Engineering Fair (BSEF) which will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at CAS (2540 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43202). We need all specialty areas, especially in Health and Medicine.

8:00am Arrival of students and judges begins
8:45am Students must be present and setting up in café
8:30am Judges must be present and checked in
8:30-9:00am Judge Orientation
9:00-11:00am Judging: Round 1
11:00am-12:00pm Demo/Awards in Auditorium
12-12:30pm Judges/students/staff/volunteers eat boxed lunch
12:45pm Judging: Round 2 Begins
3:00-3:30pm Judging: Round 2 complete (if there are 12 finalists)
