TRIAD (Trusted Reasoning for Intelligent Autonomous Decisions) is a Parallax IR&D effort focused on delivering decision dominance for Special Operations Forces (SOF) and intelligence teams by improving how requirements are formed, how multi-domain data is fused, and how high-confidence insights are delivered at the edge—especially in Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, and Limited (DDIL) environments.

TRIAD is delivered through three integrated capability lanes aligned to operational timing:

  • PHOENIX (before requirements): improves Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) refinement and decomposition to focus collection and analysis.
  • HELIX (during operations): supports multi-domain data collection, ingestion, and fusion to reduce intelligence gaps.
  • ASTRID (at execution): enables autonomous sense-making and edge autonomy for high-confidence reasoning in the field—built to function in DDIL conditions.
