On behalf of the Space Foundation CEO and Board of Directors, we cordially invite you or a designated representative to attend a networking reception on Tuesday, November 12th, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at The Lake Nona Wave Hotel, 6100 Wave Hotel Drive, Orlando, FL 32827.
In addition to sharing your thoughts and recommendations with Space Foundation’s Board and staff members at the reception, you will also have the opportunity to meet some of Florida’s best and brightest “New Generation Space Leaders” from space companies near Orlando and along the Florida Space Coast. New Generation Space Leaders (New Gen) are up-and-coming young professionals aged thirty-five and younger. If you have New Gen employees who would benefit from the networking reception, as well as the additional programming that we are arranging for them, please let us know so we can send you more information on how they can register and where they can pick up a shuttle from Cocoa Beach to Orlando.
As part of Space Foundation’s efforts to help close the current space workforce gap, we rely on you and your colleagues - our seasoned experts - to share your wisdom, insights, and enthusiasm with young professionals in the industry today. For this reason, we have also invited college students to the reception to learn more about the space industry, the kind of jobs people have, and the close-knit community they can join after graduation. We hope that by bringing people together, the present generation of space professionals will inspire the next.
