Dayton, OH – On October 19, 2023, Parallax Advanced Research earned a Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency. This is Parallax’s second year earning the designation, and it demonstrates Parallax’s commitment to transparency and accountability. Candid, formerly Guidestar, is the world’s largest source of nonprofit information and is designed to provide stakeholders with critical information about nonprofit organizations.
The platinum seal is Candid’s highest possible rating, and winning it indicates that Parallax exceeds nonprofit industry standards regarding transparency. To receive the 2023 Platinum Seal, Parallax proactively shared information about its mission, capabilities, strategy, financials, diverse workforce, CEO leadership initiatives, and impacts/results.

The Platinum Seal holds significant weight in the nonprofit community and is widely accepted as the “gold standard” of nonprofit integrity. There are 1.7 million nonprofits registered with the IRS. Fewer than 1% are awarded the Platinum Seal of Transparency, which makes those who earn it an elite group.
