Innovation & Talent Management

We developed a suite of Innovation & Talent Management Services to build and sustain healthy, high-performing organizations with engaged, innovative people. The benefit of these services is that they are designed to be embedded into an organization’s human resources and talent management processes for enduring use, even beyond the Parallax-customer relationship itself. Our Innovation & Talent Management Services goals include helping organizations create innovative and positive corporate cultures that start from the hiring process, building an inclusive innovation climate, and optimizing a client’s current and future talent strategies.
